this is what i figured out from my experiences since now. 

people that spent time with me,

love me passionately or hate me passionately.

those who are in my life, have accepted me for what i am,and loved me even if i am a pain in the ass,

and those who departed were fed up,they couldnt stant me any more. 

im not the easiest person to be around and im not the ideal human,but i'm trying to be the most honest version of my self,and sometimes people do not like me or my truth.

i dont like it either , but i want it,i really want it. 

this is just a though in process and i cannot write any more because i don't have it completely figured out.

i know preety much what i like and dislike ,but please dont ask me who i am.

must evolve and grow better through his wife attention.

οταν βρίσκομαι γύρω απο ατομα που μου προκαλούν έντονα συναισθήματα,νιώθω αμηχανα,νιώθω κάπως 'απειλιμένη' και βρίσκομαι σε στάση άμυνας χωρίς να το θέλω. 

οπου βρίσκετε αποτρέπω το βλέμμα μου να κοιτάξει,κρατώ το σώμα μου σε αρνητική στάση,σχεδόν αυθόρμητα και αυτό δεν είναι κάτι που θέλω να συμβαίνει. .

νιώθω σφιγμένη,πολύ προσεκτική και αυτό μου προκαλεί άγχος γιαυτό μιλώ πολύ ή καθόλου.

θέλω να μπορώ να είμαι ελεύθερη γύρω τους,και το γεγονός ότι δεν έιμαι ελέυθερη σημαίνει κάτι.

σημαίνει ότι ίσως φοβάμαι.

να ξεπεράσω τα όρια,να δίξω κάτι που δεν θέλω να φανεί,να παραφερθώ,να κάνω κάτι που ίσως βλάψει εμένα ή τους γύρω μου,

απλά επειδή δεν μπορώ χαλιναγωγήσω τα συναισθήματα μου,
