sometimes you have to do it

you have to love yourself,

even if it is the hardest thing to do.

express your sexuality to your self,

be your muse for one day,

Dont wait for the guests to come over,

 bake pancakes just for you.

talk to yourself  loudly in the supermarket

pretend that your inner self exists,

dont bother if people around you think you are insane,

you know better than everyone that you are not.

Do for yourself the things,you wish people do for you

kiss your knee when it bleeds,

take naked fotos of you

explore your body,your curves 

see how it moves when you dance or when you cry

or when you laugh

 sit in fornt of the mirror and talk to yourself

clearly and loudly about what you love

what hurts

 what you are afraid of,

about what makes tou tick 

and about what you dont want to lose 

it is not selfish to nourish your inner self

sometimes it is the only way to burn it  to the ground

sometimes it is the only way to tame the beast inside

all you have is you

 nobody should know you better 

than you do

you are your enemy 

but you might also be 

your savior
